Once a tenant has been approved, they must pay two weeks rent to secure the tenancy. Statements, Accounts etc.

At the start of each month Landlords receive a fully computerised statement of account. All rental property accounts can be paid on your behalf, including rates, body corporate fees, electricity accounts, maintenance etc. At the end of each Financial Year you will receive an End of Financial Year Statement, for your Accountant.
